Welcome to the forum. If you are talking about the circular damage on the obverse, that is from a coin rolling machine, sometimes the end coin in a roll gets damaged like this. (View Post)7 -

I use a vise, put it in crosswise, squeeze until it pops, turn it put it in lengthwise and do the same. NGC slabs sometimes pop open with no damage to the slab and could be reused. Kind of worrisome … (View Post)1 -
