David, You can I were the only people buying high grade '78 OPC about 15 years ago. At that point, I contacted PSA and got the set listed on the registry. (View Post)2 -

The Hargrove is actually a nice card. I have found it to be a tough card to find without a diamond cut or OC. (View Post)1
