Uncirculated 1935 Woody Cent? or some sort of environmental damage?

Is there a fake coin in PCSG Photograde? or am I seeing an allusion?
Look at the G04 coin verses the VG10 coin, both 1884 but the last feathers are not in the same location, now if they were both 1886 then, no problem (View Post)12 -

I've heard the term "Greaser" used at times, does it add any value to a coin?
