If the product is coming by USPS from Canada Post there should be no fees if the tarrif code is correct. As we pay the entry fee of $2.99 and then its a no tarrif fee product. Receiver cant pay the e… (View Post)1 -

That makes sense and is most likely the entry fee. As the shipper has the option of seller paying or receiver paying. Not sure how the ebay program works. I use Net Parcel. (View Post)1 -
