Just a update i heard back from eBay corporate office today and the outcome was if i buy a raw coin from a seller he is not required to honor a return if after 30 days even if the coin during grading is found to be counterfeit. i gave them the average times from pcgs cac ngc for regular grading none would get your coin back in the time frame set by eBay. I ask that they state that in their policy for returns but that was not in there best interest. I am sure there are dealers who would honor that but the one i chose decided money was worth more than good service Take notice
