I sent this email to PCGS.com , I bought a 1959 20 Pesos gold coin MS64 , it is certified buy you ,the cert # is 47441132 . Dose that mean that the coin is one of the est. 13,000 coins first minted ? Or dose it mean that the coin is just a certified MS64 .
The answer I got back from PCGS was ,
The certification number 47441132 is the authtication of the as an MS64 . Ther was a total of 13,000 coins minted , and so far we have graded a total of 32 of these coins with the KM-478 veriety.
