  Hi Eldorado9, I have an 1880 PCGS Proof 67 CAC seated quarter (ex Eliasberg on the label) that I purchased from David Perkins in August 2023 for $4700. I think he purchased it in a Heritage sale. It is a duplicate for me as I have an 1890 PCGS Proof 68 Deep Cam CAC. I can send you the cert number if you have any interest. I have been dealing with Doug Winter since 1989 and others know me like Laura at Legend, Gerry Fortin,
  Harry Labstain, and others. They all will send coins to me on approval if I ask. Joey
