ALL SUBS POPPED - OK Status Anyone interested in piggybacking on a $10 blue flip

I talked to PSA - and we've again been approved for our bulk rate price of $10 for items with a declared value of $250 or less as long as we can put together 500 items again. This submission is for cards/cuts/index cards that'll fit into their tall boy holders (3 1/2" x 5 1/ 6" MAXIMUM SIZE ALLOWED FOR THE SUBMISSION). THIS IS A BLUE FLIP (AUTOGRAPH AUTHENTICATION ONLY) SUBMISSION. With the new dual service authentication PSA offers that means licensed cards will be labeled as a trading card for the blue flips.

To cover shipping/insurance/etc you will be responsible for $11.25 per item that you submit. You will also be responsible for shipping your item to me, then exact return shipping once we get the submission back.

Please post in this thread if you'd like to take part in the submission so it's easier for me to track. I don't need definitive numbers of items until you send me your package, but a rough estimate when you know would be nice to make sure we have enough items to qualify. Items can be sent now until February 1 - and would like to send the list of items to PSA by the 6th. After they’ve approved the rate on each individual item the package will be sent off and hopefully that can be done by February 13th..

Like last time this order will be split into three "submissions" to help make it easy on PSA. There will be two card/cut sized submissions and one index card sized submission. That is a new requirement by PSA to help make sure they are able to authenticate the items in order so I know what items belong to which members. You are free to send all items in at once - but if you have both cards and index cards you'll need to look in two different sections for the results

You have that they must have a declared value of $250 or less. Where is this value from? I am interested in getting a Dale Earnhardt Sr. regular size card autograph in a blue flip. Would this be allowed? PSA has him at a $45 fee level.

In the past it meant authentication fees $49 or lower. If it was between $50-99 they'd give us a discount on the fee, but it wasn't quite $10. So if it's the same as in the past - Dale Sr should be fine for $10
