removing pen mark on auto?

anyone have an idea on how to remove an errant pen mark on a chrome auto card.any ideas would be appreciated.

    Never tried it. But I used rubbing alcohol on a dry erase board to clean it. Windex might even work. Is it a smear or something? Are you trying to grade this card?
  • no im not grading it and the small line is at the far right of the card,but it kind of bothers me.thanks for the ideas.
  • Experiment with 100% acetone nail polish remover on a Q-tip. Use some common card for a trial. I believe on glossy photos it will remove sharpie if you're careful but on some items it can take the printing ink right off. Worth a test on something of no value.

    If the card has a glossy surface - an alcohol wipe and a kleenex are your new best friends. Might want to let the wipe dry for a few minutes out of the package so its not so "juicy" when you put it on the card.
