Mar-10-12 18:56:04 PST: "1677" retracted his bid, putting "449" in the lead.
Mar-10-12 18:56:34 PST: "1677" placed a new bid of $30.00, even though he knew that it wouldn't give him the lead.

Can anyone figure out who "1677" is?
