Another Fake Gretzky-Please report to e-bay-Been removed,Thanks guys

I've e-mailed the seller to see what he says about this card. There is another ACA 8.5 that ended on e-bay with a different seller. The flips are no where the same. This flip looks made up. I havereported it to e-bay but with them it's a coin toss especially when all they see is the card graded, so they may think the card is legit if they don't have somebody who knows what a real Gretzky looks like.
So can some other people tell e-bay this is a fake before somebody gets burned. Figured if enough people say something then they will stop the auction. Also somebody should report the holder abuse to ACA grading so they could file charges. May not like the grading company but doesn't give people the right to abuse them either.

    Is there a serial number on the two that are the same? I don't see any problem otherwise. Do they have the same photo posted? The sellers FB is 100% with over 600 FB. I'm not sure I'd ruin it for a $500 card

    Do you see a yellow dot on Gretzky's shoulder? NO = Reprint
    Also the one that sold was a bronze(gold) flip that was also graded a 8.5
    Trust me, this one is fake. To top it off he used a bad reprint. The better reprints have the yellow dot just like the original.

    For some reason I thought the new auction was for the same card that was just sold. I missed the counterfeit point you made. Either way, I wouldn't touch a card not graded by reputable companies.
