No Star CO. listings under "Wilkins" (starts at 1986 Fleer), and the set name "Star" does not hit anything at all.

Just a guess, but I think you should be able to snag a 9 in the $300 - $400 range.
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

    A great underrated card imo.

My guess would be a lot lower; $150-225-ish. When BGS first started grading the 83-86 Star Co cards the key cards in 9 were going for big money because of low pops. But now they've been doing it for a while and the pops are up, and everything has cooled off other than the 101 Jordan. Barkley, Stockon, and Olajuwon can be had for $200-350 in 9 and Nique is a tier down from those guys; probably more on the level of Isiah Thomas and Patrick Ewing.
