Sri Lanka coin-pattern

(I posted this message on the Buy-Sell Forum in error, so am posting it here to correct the mistake.)
About 20 years ago, a local coin dealer in my old home town in northern Illinois gave me (literally - he didn't charge me anything) a coin from Sri Lanka. It's an 1978 pattern 1 cent that appears to have the same design as the business issue (KM 137), except for being larger (a bit more than a US 25c coin). It is listed in my 1999 Krause as Pn-1, with no value. But, in the 2004 Krause, it isn't listed at all, with Pn 1 being assigned to an entirely different coin.
I sent it off to PCGS for grading in September and just got it back, ungraded (with a refund for the grading fee).
So, I am at a loss to know whether what I have is real or fake.
I know this is a shot in the dark, but does anyone on the forum know anything about this coin?
I am still very new at this, so am not sure how to post photos of the coin. I have some that are apparently too large to put into this message (50K being the maximum).
Thanks!

SRI LANKA One Cent
FOR SALE Items
Thanks for providing the link. It may be mine is the proof listed in Krause, but again I don't understand why there is the apparent size difference.
Currently listed in Unusual World Coins as X#5, $15 in UNC.
I very much appreciate the mystery being solved, even if I now have a fantasy piece. No wonder PCGS wouldn't grade it!
