Housed in an Old Green PCGS Holder. Original, crusty surfaces. Never dipped. Yes-there is a small mark below the "M" in America on the reverse. That's probably why it wasn't graded MS-63, IMHO. These photos are un-retouched. Firm price is now reduced to $925. Payment via Paypal gift (unless you add 3% for the paypal fees)or check.
