My wife and I have a golf fanatic 12 year old niece who idolizes Paula Creamer and we thought it would be a neat gift to get a photo signed and personalized for her. For those of you who have access to the various autograph appearance/mailing lists, if you would be so kind to let me know if there is a successful address for Paula Creamer, I would greatly appreciate it. I think I have turned my PM on, so if you wish to send me a PM, please do so.

I got Paula back in the mail care of the LPGA Tour address about 6 months ago. She signed a ball from here US Women's Open win at Oakmont very nicely. You'll need to send the photo that you want signed. Don't just request one. I would advise sending it in a very large manilla envelope with a photo mailer SASE inside it.

you'll get it back even if you don't send a donation (but it couldn't hurt). It may take in the 4-5 month range. I would advise mailing ASAP because it's their offseason. I'm assuming after these couple of Asian tournaments that she's hanging it up through the holidays. That's probably when she's home and signs her mail.
