1908 local Clarksville, TN baseball team postcard

An interesting item. A local ball team, which on the back states it is a Kitty (Kentucky, Illinois, Tennesse) League (4th division minors). The thing is, because of the Spanish flu, Clarksville didn't play in the Kitty Leagues from 1906-1910. Going to do research at the library in order to find out WHAT team this is. They gave me a clue. The man who owned this card went by the name of Marshall Rainwater. He was apparently a coach due to the arrow on the front. I figure a "Who's who in Clarksville" book and microfische look at the ball games will solve this once and for all... any other pointers?

I'd then try to see if there has been any newspaper articles that might have carried any news about this team. I'm not sure where Clarksville Tenn. is located , but there are many local historic societies that might have some info helpful for you.
I also know that Cooperstown has a tremendous library about many old minor leagues.
Good luck ---- Sonny

I spoke with the guy from there and he said that it was definitely not a kitty league team (kitty league closed 1906-1910) Kitty leage training team?
