FSHO: MS 67 38D Oregon, MS 66 1879 S Morgan,MS 64 1922 Peace Dollar "Rattler," Wash Quarte

I am selling off these coins in order to make room for more. I’m admittedly not a good photographer and none of these pictures truly capture the quality of the coins in hand. If you would like another photo of a coin please don’t hesitate to ask. I have also tried to describe each of the coins honestly and thoroughly. I believe my prices to be set fairly as most of my coins that I have posted on the boards have sold but if you would like to make an offer I’m definitely willing to hear you out. For payment, I accept Paypal (3%), cash, check, or money order. Shipping is included in the prices of the items. The shipping cost includes a bubble wrap envelope, delivery confirmation and insurance. While I’ve never had a coin returned I will accept them for a full refund (less my shipping cost) within 10 days of receiving your payment. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask—Thanks for looking!

I love the color contrast between the obverse and reverse of this coin. On the front you have a lovely violet patina that cover 85% of the surface. The break in the color is a blast white “v” from 12 to 2 o’clock. In addition, there is a vivid rainbow toning on the rim of the coin from 3 to 6 o’clock. Its a lovely natural toning and actually a rainbow unlike the majority of what you see advertised on eBay. The reverse is a pleasing warm white. It’s a coin you can happy look at every day.

MS 66 FBL 1956 Franklin $1 Graded by PCGS

This coin seemed impossible to photograph. When tilted both sides of this coin have an amazing bright orange toning. I’m not an avid collector of Franklins but I have never seen anything quite like it. The orange frames Franklin on the obverse of the coin. On the back the orange toning is even more dramatic. The fields are orange and the bell is an even brighter orange. You may notice some scratches or weak points on the coin especially on the lower half of the reverse but they are all on the slab. I should note that this slab has taken some beating. There are chips on its outer edges as well as some in the center of the slab. Very cool coin

This is an unreal coin. The surfaces are as flawless as any coin I’ve seen. I personally think Oregons are one of the most beautiful coins minted and this coin does the design justice. I think the slight toning on the rim of the coin frames the coin very well. There is nothing not to like. For photos that are far better than mine of this coin click the link.

"Rattler" MS 64 1922 Peace $1 graded by PCGS
$63
I bought this coin at a yard sale. It’s in an old "rattler" holder but I think its fairly graded at MS 64. Besides a minor spot on the front of the coin and small marks of wear on other parts of the surface the coin is blemishless. Perfect blast white toning. There is also a really neat die crack on woman’s neck.

MS 66 RD 1945-S Lincoln 1C graded by PCGS SOLD
$19
This coin has everything you would expect for its grade. Flawless obverse fields and one small non-distracting spot on the reverse. Blast red.

MS 65 1940 Washington 25C graded by NGC
$30
This coin has a great strike. The obverse has a nice dramatic tone that comes from the left to right side. The reverse is clean and blast white. Very solid for its grade.

MS 66 1955 Washington 25C graded by NGC
$29

I’ve shown this coin to a number of people and people seem split on how they think of it. It has in my opinion a warm appealing toning but I understand that many people like their washingtons blast white. You aren’t going to get a blast white Washington here but it has a dark almost purple tone. There aren’t many marks on this coin and I think the reverse eagle looks awesome—Almost as if it was coming of the night sky.

Perhaps for someone’s low ball collection? It’s a nice circulated coin.

<< <i>Some nice coins there! The Peace dollar is actually in a rattler, not an OGH.
Thanks! I always seem to mix-up the two!

Yea I thought so too. It's not often i come across coins at yard sales. This one was sitting with three rolls of wheat cents. I bought those too but nothing to get excited about.
