Ebay best offers

Hello- I'm a regular lurker but infrequent poster here. I have never seen this topic. There is a PSA/DNA card on Ebay that I am interested in and I would like to offer a PSA graded card in trade as my best offer. Is this possible thru Ebay? Do I have any protection (the person listing has only 41 feedback) with a trade? I would appreciate any ideas or advice. Thanks. Dave

eBay won't allow it - you can only offer a dollar amount. You're going to have to contact him through eBay and figure out a way to transact with him off eBay. Obviously no protection is available for you, so you might have to exchange references, assuming he'll even want to deal.

seller will likely work with you but expect to send him your card first.. just like paying with a check or money order..
wont ship until pmt clear type thing

Yes you can, but then you have to send ebay a card worth 10% of the card you traded for.
