1913 War Of Liberation Prussia 2 Mark Silver Coin need some advice

Hi
I am looking for some help with this coin.
I am going to sell this coin, but when I go on eBay to get an idea of price.
It ranges from $49.00 to $299.99.
I know the coin is in beautiful condition, for it's age ,
as you can see from the pictures I have taken.
What I kneed to know is how much to charge, that is fair, to both
myself and the buyer. The coin is is a cardboard and plastic cover.
Thank you so much
Alan

  • How about an auction, let the market determine a fair price, that's what ebay used to be all about. Looks in pretty good condition.
Still thinking of what to put in my signature...
  • Hi OzzyAndy
    Thanks for the advice.
The coin in hand is amazing, luster is great as is the detail
    Thanks again.

I've taken some big hits on a few auctions before, so I can understand why sometimes people would rather sell outright for a fair price. My most recent 6 listings were Buy-It-Now listings, all very reasonably priced for a quick sale, and they all sold on the same day they were listed.

So how about someone who is familiar with pricing for the item help this guy out by enlightening him regarding a price that is fair to both buyer and seller.
  • It looks like a 2 mark coin to me.

    Yep. Two-mark, not three-mark.

Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.

  • OK
Do I ever feel dumb, my wife is German and fluent in both English and German.
You would think I might have the brains to just ask her, instead of thinking I know so much LOL
It is Two Marks not three.
Funny think is, all the coins I have found so fare are the same coin, same design ,but the all say Three Marks on them.
So I have been looking at the wrong coin, but they are exactly the same?
    Thanks Everyone

Do a search on ebay they seem pretty common.
