Is this a double die... Australian 1944s three pence.

Hello all,
I have a 1944s Three pence that seems to me shows signs of being a double die.
I have found only one example on the internet. the coin was graded by PCGS but the web page only gave a description as to who found it and that it was a class 1 rotated hub double die on the obverse.
Also any idea on what the grade may be of the coin and if it where to be a double die how much could it be worth.
Thank you for taking a look at my post. (I apologize if i posted this in the wrong forum.)
Also is it worthy of me sending it to PCGS to be graded professionally.
Thank you.
Here are some pictures.
Sorry I don't know why the pictures showed up so small and open up a new web page. (I'm new to these coin forums on the internet.)
