    I'm reading a book right now on the 1908 Cubs and Cleveland is mentioned a lot. Boy, if there was ever a team with back luck at the beginning of the 20th century, Cleveland was it. Bad break after bad break. Anyway, Lajoie was so beloved as a player/manager that they named a darn team after him - the Cleveland Naps!!
