Crazy Ebay/Paypal fiasco

So I take a chance and buy my kid an Xbox 360 game from a seller who has zero feedback which I usually never do but decide to take a chance as the item is listed in Oklahoma City. Next thing you know when I pay for the game I have paid a bunch of chinese letters instead of a name that I can actually read and so I email the seller and say I thought this game was in Oklahoma City not China. After about 3 days of no response I go ahead and file a item not received. The next thing you know the seller adds a tracking number which indicates it has come from China. I try to look at the item I have purchased and 10 days after I bought it then the item comes up as no longer available to look at. I then finally get the game and it is the wrong game and is a chinese fake knock off to boot. I contact Ebay and tell them and they say the seller is no longer registered but they will escalate the claim. Today I get a refund from Ebay and they say neither the seller or buyer is at fault. I didn't have to send the knock off back and still got a refund. Go figure???? I guess they weren't going to make me mail the game back to China when the seller said the item was in Oklahoma, sent a knockoff and misrepresented himself. Another scam from a foreign seller!!! Get your money then clean your account and unregister. I guess since you're in China you really don't have to worry, then open a new account and do it again.
