Best Source for Canadian Values?

I spend a lot of time on US coins but not much on foreign. What is the best site to get ideas on values for Canadian. Also, is the submission process to PCGS the same as US coins?

Values - nothing on line that I know of. In print: Canadian Coin News provides pricing updates every 2 weeks.

Submission process is the same, just check off the World Service box.
