Minor eBay issue

Bought some modern junk on eBay and it was poorly packed. Cards have top, left bent corners. The seller states no returns in his listings. I paid by Paypal and CC, what hope do I have of getting my money back?... It is not a lot, $14, but the cards are useless. I emailed him and said I would take replacements if he had them and I am still waiting to hear back....

That easy and this is why sellers are SOL against people out to rip them off.
Not saying you are out to rip them off, I had a similar issue yesterday with a comic though and I just opened a SNAD claim due to it being damaged in shipping.
Seller is responsible to get it to you in the stated condition no matter what.
They either refund the entire purchase saying you keep the items or tell you to send them back( MAKE SURE TO PUT DELIVERY CONF ON THEM) and you give pp that number and get a full refund after they are dlvd....

<< <i>I can't figure out why sellers put "No Refunds" in their auction descriptions. If you receive the item and it isn't as described, they have no choice but to take it back if you file and win a claim.

Putting "No Refunds" in the auction discourages scammers, if only slightly. But every little bit helps.
"YOU CAN SEND THEM IN TO PANINI FOR REPLACEMENT I ASURE YOU WE DID SEE ANY DAMAGE WHEN THE WERE SENT"
So he (probably mistakenly) is admitting they were damaged!
Oh yeah forgot to add damage every single card before shipping them back since the POS seller refuses to step up and refund you due to his poor packaging. Make the seller pay for not only poor shipping, but poor customer service and the refusal to make things right.
Mean as hell to damage them all? Sure but it is time shiatty sellers like this one learn a lesson.
