It's not a coin, and certainly not old - the "interrupted sinusiodal projection" for depicting the map of the world, as featured at the top of the reverse, was not invented until 1927 and would not have been familiar in China until after WWII. But the "seal script" depicted on the obverse went out of fashion after the Ming Dynasty was founded in 1368.
