Looking for Low Grade PSA Vintage

Been reading this site for years, just never posted. Anyways, I'm in my 20's and looking to get more into Vintage and out of todays cards. I don't have a lot of extra money so buying PSA 8, 9, and 10's are pretty much out of the question. Is there a website where I can buy PSA 1 - 5's, other then Ebay? I'd like to start a vintage set or two, but I'm unable to find any real source of cards in any quantity. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
I'm interested in anything Pre 1952 really, but especially the 1948-1955 Bowman, 1955 Topps, and 1960 Fleer in mid grades

Always looking for Mantle cards such as Stahl Meyer, 1954 Dan Dee, 1959 Bazooka, 1960 Post, 1952 Star Cal Decal, 1952 Tip Top Bread Labels, 1953-54 Briggs Meat, and other Topps, Bowman, and oddball Mantles.

I have some 1960 and 1961 Fleer Baseball. If interested I can PM you a list this weekend. I'll even give a very good price.

Good luck in your collecting.
I have only one immediate piece of advice - doing sets - IMO - are best appreciated when approached like a marathon vs a sprint.
Since you said you're not loaded - I would recommend - FIRST - establish a budget you can live with and STAY on budget! IMO - you'll enjoy the hobby far more.
I'm looking forward to seeing how you do? Don't be a stranger.

A graded PSA 5 or lower 1960 Fleer was a mistake. Most of the cards in this set often only sell for $5-$7 in PSA 7. These mistakes do exist (especially at the PSA 5 level, where it usually means the submitter missed a wrinkle), but you're better off just buying them raw. You can get most of the guys from this set in lots in EX condition for $1 or less each after shipping. There are maybe 4 cards in this set that are worthwhile grading as PSA 5 (Ruth, Williams, Cobb, and Gehrig).
On the 1955 Topps and the Bowman cards, grading is not worth the cost on many of the cards in PSA 5 or below. Buy those raw, and save your graded purchases for the HOFers, tough high numbers, and the other expensive cards.
