For sellers using Shipsurance.......question please.....

I just successfully completed insurance coverage for an item to Canada and the site works very well.

My only question is that the form calls for a "Company Name" rather than a person's name. I ended up with a mix of
the "recipient" and the "sender" in getting all the lines completed.

Is this how you work around the need for a Company Name or did I screw it up?

I'd appreciate your help. I have the insurance OK and all the other information is correct; just didn't know how to deal
with this area of the form.

Regards and thanks

The best thing to do is contact them and formally introduce yourself. They seem to be very helpful and you should be on a first name basis with the person controlling your account. -Dan

every other form of communication designed to AVOID exactly this kind of thing ??!! :+)

    Great idea, calling them today.

    Thanks

  • Well I took your advice Dan. Nice folks, seem to know what they're about; checked my submission, said it was
    fine.

Pretty easy to do, reasonable rate, all cool so far.

Thanks for all the help folks......

First I've heard of them. Has anyone else used them? If so, what has been your experience?
