How long has it been since I haven't posted a newp?

A long time. Mostly because the few purchases I've made haven't been imaged, I had a lot on my head.
But I can post a few coins I've recently bought. The first was nearly melt value, and in Greece we love sovereigns,
let alone choice unc, Canadian and PCGS slabbed. The second is just a plain nice copper NFLD coin. And there's a slabbed banknote too.
Additionally, I'll post similar images of some Greek coins I bought, but they are not the actual coins, just same date, grade and denomination.
When I have the proper pictures of my Greek newps, I promise to post them too.

This is the note, a military British 1948 pound. There's an extremely rare version of it, with a red stamp GREECE on it, that would easily be valued at $2500 in unc.

A 1901-A 2L from Crete. The one imaged below is an old PCGS MS64 RD long sold.
I now own two PCGS MS66 RDs that look as if they're gonna be minted tomorrow!

And a Greek drachma 1910 PCGS MS64 (my second, this isn't the one, but same grade, toning and eye appeal).

Finally in 36 hours, I'll know if I won yet another one of these.
For those who have spotted it, be gentle and let me reposess it, I've missed it like crazy.

This one graded PCGS MS63RD after 3 attempts. Looks more like a 64RB to me.
This one was cracked out of an NGC MS64RB holder and graded (properly I believe) PCGS MS65RD.
A similar second one graded PCGS MS64RD, both coins look identical to me.
Common date, but in 65RD it's a top pop 1/0.
And this, is the 1901 Crete 2L ,here in NGC MS66RD, closer looking to my second one, and one that crossed to PCGS as MS66RD now.
Finally, for those who remember my old icon, it crossed as the best looking 1873-A drachma PCGS MS64 that I know of.
It certainly needs reimaging now, it's also in the new Paris PCGS slabs with the clear plastic thongs.
And let's not hide it. If buying banknotes wasn't enough scandal already, today I've spent 175 euros to the local Post Office,
to buy a rare Philatelic series of 5 different luxury mini albums of Mount Athos, with an MNH series of 5 stamps, an FDC and 5 Maxim cards in each,
the mintage of each not exceeding 33000, and the MNH series alone sells for the buying price of each album. I don't even want to sell these, old habits die hard.

Those are some real coins

I haven't posted anything new in what feels like ages, but will rectify this tonight. I just received my Aureo winnings (1765 Mo 8R and 1808 Mo 8R). Both coins are in great shape, but much whiter than what I normally go for.

The pillar is a bit disappointing. It's nice a bright. Don't get me wrong, it's not plagued with hairlines and will grade well @ either of the TPG's, but auction photos looked like there was light even grayish toning which is lacking in-hand
Auction photo:
What it looks like under a couple of different light set-ups first to show the surface, second to show the luster:

That's aggravating. I hate when that happens.

Geez Roman, this forum has really corrupted you.

I know what you mean. When I first started the CU forums, I focused on the US coinage. I happened to poke my head in on these forums and saw all of the cool things you guys were collecting and was a changed man! I have not looked back since!
Nice coins, BTW.
