  I set up a template in turbo lister just changing the picture/key information, if I already had stuff scanned I can typically get atleast 120 auctions an hour up doing that. Basically have terms shipping and whatnot set up, then you change the title, put the picture up, change the description to say whatever you want the card to be, worked well for me. Only con is I don't think you can really pick the order they upload in, I know some people want to upload sets in order... Pros are you can manage from turbolister, see watchers bids etc.
