When do you start to get worried?

Today is 1/28/11. PSA mailed this to me on 1/24/11. Here is the tracking info from the highest dollar submission that I have ever had. Even though it is insurred it is stuff from my registry sets that could never be replaced. There is no scan after Newport Beach. The Anaheim scan is usually the same day.

It's a snail's pace over there right now. No need to worry. Just shift your expectations with turnaround times.

Just kick back in your favorite chair, with your favorite drink, listening to your favorite tunes and think ... " I'll check back with them sometime next week. " It hasn't worked for me yet, but it's worth a try.

  • I had a 64 card submission worth over 3K that I mailed out on 1/22. It showed received on 1/24. It just got logged in yesterday. They are backlogged, so don't worry. If you don't hear something by early next week, then give them a call. Hope with the delays the graders are more passive with the slabs.

This is a package that is coming back to me from PSA. PSA mailed it at their post office and then nothing else is reported in the tracking info.

I would call the USPS and give them the tracking number. They should be able to tell you what's up. They have more detailed information than what appears on their website at times.

I called them today and that is all they had. I told them it was insurred for $3000. They told me to call them back on Monday after 5 business days.

This is the exact reason why I liked it when PSA mailed their cards out registered. I have not seen any real savings since in went to Priority Mail.

I thought a person could still choose to have cards returned via registered mail?

Didn't Carol or someone come here and say that after someone else had a problem?

FWIW I recently had a PM box hang around Jersey for a week on it's way to Cali.
