Will PSA allow Excel spreadsheets attached to sub form?

Can anyone tell me if PSA allows you to attach an Excel spreadsheet for any number of cards above the 20 currently on their submission form.

How does everyone go about subs that are greater then 20?

Thanks for any info that you can provide.

I collect PSA cards of the following:
    Billy Ripken
    Cal Ripken, Jr. 1980-2002
    Cal Ripken, Sr.
    Hall of Fame Rookies
  • do you use their sub form for the first 20 and then staple a page on for the rest?

I just attach an excel spreadsheet and write see attached in the space for cards. Never had any problems. Just match the spreadsheet columns to the PSA columns.

I've used a yellow sheet of paper and that worked.

Also, if you are not aware a few guys created submission forms that go up to 100
    or more IIRC.

Someone here can prolly link it for you.

    I'll try to find it.

Mike simply type in submission forms in the history thingy and you will get a bunch of links.

here and in the other forum as well.

    Good for you.

If you use a spreadsheet for the whole submission, make sure you put their disclaimer and a .jpg of your signature on whichever spreadsheet you use. I wasn't surprised when my sub w/o my signature was held up, but was when they told me I needed the disclaimer on another one. Must be a new requirement for spreadsheet forms.

I use a spreadsheet that I created that totals the number of cards and declared value and then write "see attached" on the regular submission form.
    Works great.

Yep, that's been my approach for every sub over 15 cards. Just fill out all the contractual/financial stuff on the official form, then write 'see attached' for the card listings.

I go to the PSA submission page to generate my submission number, clip out the top portion as a graphic (snippet tool with Win7), paste this graphic as the top heading to a spreadsheet, and BAM! it's done.

    No complaints.

    Thanks,

I agree with beck6. I have never had a problem submitting the cards in this manner.

  • I have used an excel spreadsheet without any problem for years.
  • I've always used an Excel spreadsheet for practically any large order and just put "See Attached" on the PSA form. In my spreadsheet, I do use all of the columns that PSA requests on the submission form. No problems at all.
  • thanks for all the help. Made a sheet up today and stapled it to the original sub form and sent it priority to PSA and now the wait.
