Would this cross at PCGS? (Anacs ms63 1866 50c)

Graded ms63 at Anacs.

Just wanted to know what are my chances at PCGS.

There's two or three small round black dirt marks and an orangy residue 'stain' on the obverse that concerns me.

  Looks like wear on the arm and leg. That almost looks like glue across Liberty's legs.

  Agreed. The coin might come out really well from an acetone bath. But before cracking it, it couldn't hurt to show it to a couple of pros in person.

  Acetone would remove all the glue residue.
