Ebay phone number

Does anyone have the phone number where i can contact Ebay. I won an item and paid for it. As soon as i paid ebay took the item off saying it was violating copywrites. (some kind of curtains for my wife). The seller said that we never paid but we did. After filing a claim she said she would refund the money and said it was a mistake and that she never knew we already paid. She said this on Saturday and since we still do not have the money in our account I wanted to escalate the claim but and not sure how. I figured I would call them to see what to do next. Thankyou.

    probably better off doing the claim through Paypal if you paid with Paypal.

    It was an e-check. I have never done one of those before my wife did it last week. Does anyone know if paypal handles those? My wife has no idea.

    paypal does e-checks. If that's the case, the seller might be correct and it hasn't cleared yet. Check your Paypal account and if it hasn't cleared yet, you should be able to cancel it.
