OK, what charitable cause(s) can I give my unwanted graded cards to?

I am in the process of cleaning the house and came across many graded cards (mostly PSA) that are not worth anything now. The cards range from 1980s RCs in PSA 8 to recent stuff graded by off-brand companies.

Are there any charities you have worked with in the past that may benefit from a donation?

Thanks

  • When you say not worth anything, how worthless do you mean?
I coach a high school wrestling team in NC and am always looking for ways to raise a little money for the program.
  • Sell them as a large lot on eBay and check the donation box of your choice to give all the money that is bid to your favorite charity. Usually a lot like that will bring $1.50-$2.00 a card.
  • Put them on eBay and donate the proceeds to Toys for Tots or to the above wrestling team on behalf of the PSA Message Boards..... image

At a low price I would be interested in a bunch of cards. Are there any 1981 Topps baseball? What 80's rookies do you have in 8's. I am looking for some of them also.

Sounds like there is interest...list em on the BST for a buck or 2 plus shipping. You might be surprised what people on this forum need for sets, player collectors, etc! image
