I am officially out. The 74 Topps Ron Santo PSA 10 that I was bidding on is currently at 978 plus the juice so that is way too much for a 1974 card. It is a pop 1 but most likely not forever. Crazy bidding around his untimely death.
I'm already out on a couple and at or near my max on a few others. I really was hoping to hit a few, but since they're all just upgrades, I can't justify spending stupid money on examples that are really stellar for the grade. Here's hoping that I get to write a check for at least a few of them...
I estimate it will end between 4:15 AM and 4:30 AM EST. I bid on some stuff early, but the items seem to have gone higher than I'd like to go at this time.

I wish I had won that 47 Sports Exchange, it was a 1 of 1, the only one graded. But it went for more than I thought that card was worth. I won the 52 Berk Ross PSA 7.
LOL! Don't forget, I know what you paid for it! Anyway, when it comes in, if you still have it, hold it side by side with the '7'. You will see the same dilemma I had when I held it side by side with the '8'. I think I got a pretty good feel for what the graders look for when they grade cards, but those Berk Ross's completely have me dumbfounded.....

I agree Bobby, There is a lot of subjectivity on the Berk Ross grading. That 6 you sold me is damn nice, hence the price I am asking, I will keep the card, rather than give it away, those cards aren't easy to come by.

I too just did what you did. I will see how it plays out. The bidding had already reached my max so I thought I should jump in now.

Just put it up on the BST boards as a matter of fact.

Those hockey vending boxes from 71 to 74 would be fun to break.
