Is what is catalogued in here more detailed than what is in the individual Krause 100-year books? I realize the 1501-1600 is only available here, but how about the other years?
So if I have a set of Krause, and don't care about 1501-1600, would this be duplicate information?
I understand that the purpose of these books is to have all of one country in one easy reference.
I give away money. I collect money.
I don’t love money . I do love the Lord God.
What about coins from the time of Charles the Great?
I know there was a "Germany" only since 1871. So, what's the reason for excluding the older coins from territories that later became part of Germany?
So, is the Krause mostly a reference guide and checklist of the coins produced by Germany and the German states? Its not a price guide, right? I would imagine that being a price would be futile since it will always be outdated.
