Capping off a great day, PSA/DNA poppage, Neil Armstrong, Jordan, Ewing, Russell and Maravich, 5 for
What a nice end to a wonderful day. Checked my status on my PSA/DNA submission and it evidently "popped" today. The first man to walk on the moon, and a nice start to what's probably going to be a new project (NBA's top fifty graphs):

<< <i>Did you purchase any of those off ebay? Lou >>
No sir, none of those were off of ebay (at least when I bought them, don't know if the people I bought them from got them from ebay or not). However, they were all from sellers that sale on ebay. The Russell actually came from fellow CU Board member Airjoedan . He's a good guy that I trade a lot with. The Armstrong and Maravich came from Richard Simon , and the Jordan and Ewing came from a collector over on SCN.

<< <i>I read an article once that said Armstrong used to sign items with a Magic/toy pen that had disappearing ink. Is there any truth to that? That would be a huge disappointment to get his signature in person to find that it had faded away by the time you got home. >>
I don't know if there is any truth to that or not, but a lot of the Armstrong signatures you see have significantly faded. He's VERY tough these days. His simple sigs go for 4 figures which is absurd for a living person, but it is what it is.
