Not sure where to put this here, figured non-sports cards is as close as it's going to get. Not a member across the street, but I know there's some folks here into comics.
Got a buddy that's cleaning out his comics and I'm going to buy some of them. Not sure what to offer. Any thoughts on these? All ungraded but great shape - bagged/boarded since new.
1980s
Transformers run 1-XX
GI Joe 1-XX
X-Factor 1-XX
Those are the ones I'm interested in. Figure the Transformers and GI Joe runs are the 'valuable' ones. X-Factor I want just because my run got sold at some point that I don't remember (figure folks garage sale while I was at college I think) and I'm feeling nostalgic.
He's not wanting to hassle with them on ebay or individually. What would be an offer to throw at them? $1/ea? Is that too much?

My offer would be more like .10-.25 cents per. I threw dozens of cases of X-Factor and other 80's stuff away a few years back, just didn't have any place to store them anymore.
