PSA Grading question

Does psa offer a service where they will grade the card (quickly) at the national show......and if you happy with the grade they assigned then you can have it slabbed.....if you dont like the grade you can walk away.
If so how much does this "pre grading "cost? Is the cost different for a 100 dollar car as opossed to a 20000 dollar card ?

    PSA doesn't do that. I assume you'd want to do this just before committing to buy a raw card. If that's the case then get the seller to agree to refund your money if you don't get the grade you're looking for with PSA. If you see him packing up as you're leaving it's a bad sign.

    No I have a raw card that I want to find out what grade it will receive..I think it will grade high and (maybe the highest ever)....but I dont want the world to know about it yet because someone I know has the current highest grade of this card. His will sell for a lot more being the highest ever graded.
