Question about Memory Lane's 1963 Post PSA 9 Koufax

I thought that the border around hand cut cards had to be visible for PSA to grade such a card anything above Authentic.
It sure doesn't look like there is a visible border around this PSA 9 '63 Post Koufax. Maybe there is, though. The black background makes it difficult to verify.
