any help on ebay/paypal question ?? (nevermind)

hi, about a week ago bought two cards for 6.00 and 5.00 shipping, so its 11.00... use the 2.90 ebay bucks and i pay 8.10 ebay funds and 2.90 ebay bucks and it shows like that when i pay... today i look at paypal account and it shows 11.00 deduction... is this supposed to be like that and if not, what is recourse.. only a few bucks, but just curious.. thanks ivan

    Click on order details on the Paypal site and see what it says; all paid with your money or partial money & ebay bucks.

    i called and paypal explained this.. they add that voucher to your funds and then deduct whole thing as paypal payment

    they do it that way so they can take the fees on the full $11 from the seller
