Storm or anyone : is this just another way to screw powersellers?

Ebay updates to help you stay on top of holiday sales
* New Listing Analytics application: Monitor your listing performance and sales and spot needed adjustments.
* More bulk editing functionality: Adjust price, accept returns, edit descriptions, and more.
* Unpaid Item Assistant update: Get inventory back on the shelf fast with auto-relist; exempt your preferred buyers.
* Unpaid Item Assistant will be turned on automatically for all PowerSellers.
why will this be turned on automatically for powersellers? , so when a customer doesn't pay in 4 days it automatically opens up NPB claim, boy this will help get buyers mad and reduce the number of powersellers.
or am I missing something?

The "exemption" will/should allow you to manually
add the ID of ALL buyers, after the sale is made.
Call your rep and ask how to opt out, if the UIA is
causing trouble.
Because I sell BINs using Immediate Payment Required,
I have not been impacted by the UIA.
.............
Following a terrible adjustment period, it appears that
many buyers now understand that the repeated emails
requesting payment are generated by EBAY and not the
sellers.
.............
Of much greater concern is the coming change that will
assign "strikes" to sellers who have INR/SNAD claims
filed against them.
The math is such that it appears MANY sellers - even
some midsize ones - will find themselves suspended
quickly.
The new ShipInsure scheme will add to the number of
claims that will be counted as "strikes."
............................
Report on "free" listing auctions:
I listed 20 auctions at very high prices.
Sold 3 with one bid on each.
But, the auction listings did drive some buyers to the
other BINs.
I listed 10 more auctions, just b4 the special expired.
No bids, yet.

Morning,
I don't need or want anymore of E-Bay's Help, doing just fine on my own.
* Unpaid Item Assistant update: Get inventory back on the shelf fast with auto-relist; exempt your preferred buyers.
Could somebody explan this????? (The Above, the exempt preferred buyers part, what do they have to do with an Item I am manually or automatically R-Listing??? Huh???)
If I go and do what KbCards says now, do I have to to it again when they Roll this out ???
Thansk
