I'm a perfect 2 for 2...in negative feedback! UGH!

In negative feedback...I wouldn't mind if it was "damaged due to poor packaging" or "doesn't communicate" or "fake" or SOMETHING, but to say I didn't get it when the tracking # shows delivered after 3/4 days after payment was made (in both cases)!!! OMG!!!

Both times, buyer doesn't contact me, both time they DON'T file a claim with ebay/paypal, both times the tracking # for the package shows DELIVERED.

Simply bad luck or what?

Call EBAY.

Since the FB specifically says the items never arrived - and
your DC says they did arrive - EBAY might remove the FB.

50/50 chance; worth a try.

I've spent a good 2 hrs on the site/phone with ebay trying to fight this, but nothing will change unless the buyer says it was a mistake or if the buyer is doing feedback hostage type of scam

That's ridiculous. Have you tried emailing the buyers and ask them what the hell was up with that?

Also, since feedback is limited to 45 days....couldn't have been two months....right? but don't let the facts get in the way of a good skewering!

Thanks for the info, both just joined my BBL.

muledeer1982 10 out of 63 feedback he has left is "no card gave it like two months" this guy is a wreck waiting to happen. 15.8% of the time this idiot gives a negative.

fifi_fashion_house has left 57 Negatives & 4 neutrals out of 529. so 11.5 % of the time this jerk leaves a negative or a neutral.

and the blocked bidder list grows and grows . these are the type of customers that need a long walk on a short pier and ebay needs to show them the way/door.
