Fan at Rangers game just fell from upper deck

Am currently watching the Rangers game and a fan just fell from upper deck trying to catch a foul ball. Horrible situation. Game has stopped for now. Don't know if the person is dead or not as they won't show picture and haven't said if conscious. Scary situation. Please send your prayers for the fan.

    Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

    Game has restarted after a 16 minute delay, but announcers don't have a update on the fan's condition but say they will tell it when they find out. They showed a shot from a distance of police/ems apparently taking the person away on what I guess is a stretcher but you can't tell. Still don't know if the person is conscious (sp?) or not.

    So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

    I'm watching on SportsTimeOhio and I was watching the game but was in the other room during the fall. The odd part is, when I tried to rewind my DVR, it would only go back to the time just after the fall. I think STO disrupted the broadcast so nobody could rewind it.

    The broadcaster said he appears to be conscious as they were carting him out of the seats. Very scary...

    Yeah, I just saw that too. Been rewatching it in DVR slow motion to see that one again.

    They just announced that fan is now at hospital and has been stabilized and is responsive.

    ARLINGTON -- The Rangers-Indians game was delayed 16 minutes in the bottom of the fifth inning when an unidentified male fan fell from the second-deck club level and into the lower bowl at the Ballpark in Arlington on Tuesday night.

    The fan, sitting in the front row of the club level in Section 235, was reaching for a foul that had sailed over his head and caromed back toward the field. According to a witness, the man turned his back to the field, reached over his head for the foul ball and lost his balance.

    He went over the rail and landed on his back in a section of seats below. He was immediately administered medical attention by paramedics and taken off on a stretcher. He was conscious as he left the Ballpark.

    Wow! I will definitely say a prayer with the rest of you. The reaction of the home plate umpire says it all!

    Nolan Ryan said in a post game interview last night that there was a young boy that had a face contusion but was treated at the field and was fine.
