Added this nicely toned piece to the Israel set. I believe it to be the finest known. Simple design celebrating Israel's 10th anniversary.

    yup that's one of my old time favorites - great grade - its been years since I collected these - BS (BeforeSlabs)again, I ask why oh why are they holdering the reverse as the obverse?

    I checked up on all of these in the catalogs and indeed it seems that the obverse is showing the Menorah. Go figure... date is on reverse?

    hmm that is strange yup ...date and denom on reverse.. oh well , that's were the tpo's prob got the info from.

    One series I collect from uruguay is mislabled obverse/reverse by the slabbing companies as well due to the rule of thumb about dates being obverse objects. I would want this holdered as you have it holdered regardless of what the official stance is.
