Can anyone identify these cards?

Manufacturer? Date? Dimensions? And most importantly: does PSA grade either or both of these sets? Thanks for any info you can provide...(Sorry, these pics are all I've got.)

    It's supposedly from something called "Tobacco Classics". Here's a Dan Fouts card I saw on ebay yesterday:

    They appear to be worthless "Broders" type homemade cards.

    Edited to add:

    The seller of the Fouts card has over 150 of these cards listed on ebay. People on the cards range from Mackey and Fouts, to Albert Einstein, John F. Kennedy, Ruffian, Marilyn Monroe, Sammy Davis Jr, Vinny Testaverde..........
