Wanted: someone good with computers/graphics to design a logo and banner

I am so-so doing computer and Photoshop projects, and would like to develop a professional-looking logo and also a banner to be used online. I am hoping to find someone here that can produce this reasonable, and would be willing to work with them on it. I could pay cash, trade coins, or bullion for your work.
For an idea of what I have so far, my coin website is www.lakesuperiorcoins.com that you can view. I am looking for a banner for the main page, produced in adobe photoshop so I can add/edit text for use on other pages. The logo I want to be able to use online, plus on letterhead and flyers.
