I am looking to buy a 1954 Hank Aaron in 6 or higher and I am looking to spend around $1,000 so please if anyone knows of a real one please let me know.

On Ebay right now is a 1954 Aaron PSA8oc for 1495.00. It may be out of your price range a bit but it looks to be a low PSA grading# from years ago. I think that the grading of cards was a bit harsh back then. There looks to be no chipping on the back and it looks pretty good for an OC. I think IMHO that it may have a chance at a PSA 7. A straight PSA 8 Aaron sells for 4500.00 to 5000.00. See what you think. In the end, its always good to buy the card, not the holder. Good luck with your chase!
