Paypal instant payment emails to sellers in error?

Check your Paypal emails. Several days ago all instant payment email notices from Paypal are coming through showing "Seller Protection - Not Eligible" in green. If you login and check each transaction detail they're eligible but all the emails have been coming through in error. If your emails are coming through this way then report the error if you would like to see it corrected. When you receive the canned normal operation reply explain the problem to them again.

edited to add: yesterday, i didn't even receive an e-mail for a completed transaction, so the glitch may be backpedaling.
