OT: I met Danica and Helio tonight but need help editing MP4 Video file, can someone help please

I'm going to post a thread tomorrow night with my Danica Patrick and Helio Castroneves outing that I had tonight, but I need some help with two MP4 video files first. Can anyone out there help me "trim" these MP 4 files. I know what I want saved, so if I can email them to you, and tell you what I want, could you send them back trimmed up for me via email? I can then use them on my thread tomorrow night. If you can help, please PM me your email address and I'll email you the two files and the time spans that I want out of them.
